When Can I expect my order to ship?

We strive for next day shipping! However, there can be unforeseen circumstances and this may be delayed. If shipping will be delayed, customer will be notified via email.

Is my order eligible for return?

We have a 14-day return policy for store credit. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information regarding returns and exchanges. 

What if my items arrive damaged?

Here at Livy Lu's, we take pride in our items, and fully inspect each item before we ship them out. With that being said, we are a one-man (sometimes two if I can wrangle my other half) show and unfortunately things may slip by. Please see our return/exchange page for more information on how we can make this right!
